PAtient Portal:
Messages can now be sent to our office via the patient portal. This feature can be used to request appointments and communicate non-urgent information. Portal messages are checked during office hours only. You can expect a response within 24 hours during the week and 48 hours over the weekend.
After Hours:
A clinician is available by phone for urgent questions or concerns 365 days a year. Please call the main office line and, when prompted, press 4 on the keypad to access the answering service. They will gather your name, callback number, the patient's name & birth date and your question or concern. Expect a callback from the on-call provider within 30 minutes. Please call back if you do not hear from us within that time. For life-threatening emergencies dial 911. Please refer to our office policies section for more information.
