Our Story
Complete Pediatrics, PC is owned and operated by Michelle Caserta, MD, Liesel Gould, MD and Linda Jacobson, CPNP. With a combined 40+ year experience in pediatric primary care, the three clinicians opened Complete Pediatrics in 2009. After practicing at larger pediatric groups for many years, they sought to start a small patient-centered practice of their own. Word of mouth spread quickly and the practice grew.
The three partners welcomed John Ramirez, MD to the medical practice in the fall of 2017. Several years later, Linda Jacobson announced her retirement from Complete Pediatrics in early 2021. With the ongoing growth of our practice, we to continue offering the best possible pediatric primary care experience for our patients and their families.

Continuity of Care
We pride ourselves on delivering excellent medical care through a hands-on, personalized approach. To this end, every child is assigned a primary care provider (PCP). We believe that having a designated PCP is important for the development of long-lasting, meaningful relationships.
Our goal is to have all of your child's physicals, and as many acute care visits as possible, scheduled with their PCP. In this way, one provider will get to know your family's unique needs and manage your child's general healthcare.

Our team of healthcare professionals works together to provide expanded care to our patients and families.
Learn About You: Our team gets to know your family, your life situation, and your preferences. These details are important when seeking care and suggesting treatments that make sense for you.
Communicate With You: Our team gives you time to ask questions and answer them in a way you understand. We promote shared decision-making and reviewing options for care.
Support You in Caring for Yourself: Our providers follow the latest evidence-based recommendations. Our goal is to ensure that patients and families leave the office with a clear idea of how to care for themselves. We help our families set healthcare goals and help you meet your goals one step at a time. Healthcare can be complex, so our team is here to help you find and coordinate resources in the community.
Complete Pediatrics is available 24/7 if you need us. You can communicate with our team by phone during and after hours and get an appointment as needed. We provide equal access to all patients regardless of the source of payment.
